The Seal Clasper is a precision installation tool designed to compress and guide PTFE piston seals back into their groove for safe and efficient cylinder assembly. It allows technicians to install piston seals into cylinders quickly and without damaging the seal, reducing rework and premature failures.
The adjustable stainless steel band accommodates seals ranging from 50mm to 360mm outside diameter, making the tool suitable for a wide range of hydraulic cylinder sizes. An integrated HPU triangle protector helps prevent seal damage during installation, ensuring proper seal seating and long-term reliability.
