Because each diagnostic equipment and harness are custom-built and sealed for electrical protection, returns are limited to cases of defective or damaged products.

• Eligible items:
  Products that arrive defective, damaged in transit, or not functioning as described.

• Ineligible items:

  • Boxes or harnesses that have been modified, or tampered with.

If you believe your item qualifies for return, contact 4tetradgroup@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A detailed description of the issue

• Photos or video showing the problem

We’ll review your claim and, if approved, issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
